The Strong rays of sunlight beam down on your face...
You feel like you’ve been climbing these stairs to Bamboo Grove for hours. Even still, your legs push forward, feeling like jelly and aching with every paw step. The humid summer seeps into your fur as the screeching of newly unearthed cicadas overwhelm your ears. Smooth pavement underfoot retained the heat, forcing you to move quickly so as to not burn your paw pads. Finally you decide to take a break under a shady spot with tall bamboo leaves blocking the sun rays. You swear to yourself the shade feels at least 20 degrees cooler than the steps, allowing yourself to relax and catch a drink of water. Twisting your paw, you summon a small breeze with your gale magic as it pushes away some of the heat trapped in your fur.
“That’s not a bad idea.” You flinch at the sudden voice and look to your right, a handsome green kem with snow white hair studies you firmly.
“It’s not too long till you reach the tori gate, if you move quickly I can take you to rest in a nice cool river.” You study the stranger, head to toe, before finally feeling his aura was that of a trustworthy kem. You nod in response to his suggestion and he leads you to the Bamboo Grove entrance. As you place your paw through the gate a large gust of wind rushes past you, cooling your skin.
“I’m Han Sung, I take it you’ve come all this way to learn how to master your wind magic. By the time we’re through you’ll be able to do more than keep yourself cool.” He paces forward with a quick glance back to you, “Come on, lets go to that river I was telling you about!”

HOW WILL YOU PROVE YOURSELF?
Han Sung challenges you to prove yourself in mastering the art of Gale Magic! In order to prove your worth you must select 3 out of the 10 prompts listed below:
Prompt 1:
Han Sung's wind abilities are so great that he can erode large boulders down to a pencil with his wind alone. He doesn't expect pencils but at least do your best to smoothen a rock with blasts of wind.
Prompt 2:
Windy Ranch belongs to a kem named, AJ, and it’s on fire! There's no water users nearby so Han Sung decided to try and gust away the fire with one giant blast of wind, but if this isn’t executed correctly the fires could spread even more. Help Han Sung put out the flames!
Prompt 3:
Han Sung was more than happy that you went with him to the Bamboo convention. At the ticket admission, his introverted personality really shines when he's called up to buy his tickets to a show he's been wanting to see for months to see, but he's frozen in place, scared to approach the counter. Give him a little push to help him.
Prompt 4:
For a few weeks Han Sung has been taking care of a baby bird who's broken their wing, but he's out of town for something personal and wants you to help the baby bird by blowing gentle blasts under it to help motivate it to fly.
Prompt 5:
Han Sung scrambles to your side and hides behind you. He's terrified of something as he rambles on about a bamboo eating beast. You can hear rustling around you as whatever it is approaches closer. A small baby panda appears before. Han Sung passes out at the sight of it eating bamboo. Help the baby panda find it's momma so Han Sung won't have to see it.
Prompt 6:
You’re at a carnival having a pretty good time enjoying the smells of fried foods and the screams of kits on fast rides. The wind picks up a bit, pushing over some kem’s slushies and tumbling another’s cotton candy away, but worst of all a kit’s balloon is blown away high in the air. They keep trying to leap, but the few inches they make wasn’t enough to catch their favorite thing today. Help the kit get their balloon back!
Prompt 7:
You won a trip on a themed boat ride, a pirate boat ride to be exact. Things were going pretty good on the voyage for booty, but the wind stopped while the ship was mid sail so everyone on board was stranded in the middle of the water. No wind came around for what seemed like hours. So much for a free vacation, but maybe you can get the show on the road! Use your wind to get the sails goin’!
Prompt 8:
So you decided your magic, but can your kemata handle its newfound ability? Depict your kemata studying hard or practicing their magic.
Prompt 9:
Serenity and gusts of destruction. Gale represents these well, but can your kemata channel these ideas well? Depict your kemata using their magic to blow away flames!
Prompt 10:
From the softest gusts to terrorizing tornadoes, wind can be the relief to any scorching day or bane of one’s life. Portray your kemata using their gale magic to their advantage.
