Meaning: Hope, peace, purity, prosperity, and innocence. 

The Peace Lily is often given to those who have lost a loved one recently, it symbolizes the purity of the soul. This flower is hardy in nature and can last several years if taken care of properly.  It can prevent mold and mold spores from forming, used to keep air fresh.

Diphylleia grayi

Meaning: A flower sought out during hard and confusing times. Not usually given to others.

A flower that turns translucent when the rain comes. When dry the flower remains white. Many Kematas believe that if you digest it when you're scared, lost, or confused, it will take way those feelings. Often times during rainstorms you will see kematas desperately trying to find it.

Synsepalum dulcificum

Meaning: Given when a loved one is lost, forgiveness, rebirth

A flower of old times, said to have been the first bloom after Kazan's volcanic flames destroyed all of Val-shenn after the legendary war.  The blossoms brought hope to the remaining kematas across the land as they rebuilt from the ground up. Can heal small wounds when ingested.

Calystegia sepium

Meaning: Fragility, hope, negative emotion.

When in bloom, the petal tips carefully curl inward to protect the flower's pistil and stamen, as if it does not want pollination to occur. Some kematas believe this flower symbolizes the end of love, not wanting to continue a relationship that has walls built around any semblance of passion.

Primula acaulis

Meaning: Unable to live without a partner, Youth. 

Blue Primrose are as old as time, they were often given as signs of engagement when jewelry was hard to come by. They grow in the highest of mountains but have become wildly popular and have been farmed by high quality flower farms. They can cost a pretty penny as they are still advertised as engagement flowers. They are also often eaten in salads and the oil is used to keep fur and hair healthy and shiny! Known as the King's-Cure-all, the Primrose can be used to reduce fevers, cure poison, paralysis, and burns

Prunus persica

Meaning: Good luck and longevity.

A flower that blooms beautifully, albeit only in a short period of time. The petals gently fall from their trees, scattering about from the wind. Many kematas who specialize in medicine like to gather the petals for later use.

Lamprocapnos spectabilis

Meaning: Compassion and unconditional love. 

It is said that these flowers grow only in places where someone accepts a confession of love, whether it be platonic or romantic. Tales of Bleeding Heart plants wilting due to rejection are cliche but still widely told. When used in love potions becareful! Direct contact with the concoction will cause infatuation with the creator of the love potion. If used on monsters, they will not attack for a certain amount of time.

Amanita muscaria

A poisonous mushroom used for intoxication and even entheogen. When carefully handled, it could also be used for cooking!

Hypsizygus tessellatus

When cooked this edible mushroom has a crunchy and savory texture. it can be used in many dishes and can be easily found growing on wood; however, if eaten raw the taste will be unbearably bitter! Make sure you season and saute well! When cooked contains Vitamin B, potassium, zinc, and copper. Beneficial to Kematas growth, many kits are forced to eat this mushroom, at first they despise it but as time goes by they grow to love it.

Cantharellus cibarius

A very tasty mushroom used in gourmet meals. They are highly resistant to bugs but can be used to lure bugs in, especially beetles. Contains a good amount of Vitamin C but tastes bitter if eaten raw.

Bellis perennis

Meaning: Innocence and purity, May also symbolize new motherhood!

This flower is often paired with roses and sometimes moss, the flowers that you bundle with this one can change the meaning of the flower but generally they are associated with childhood innocence. According to old tales Hyozan would sprinkle the seeds of these flowers in the fields of parents grieving over a lost kit. This was a sign that their lost child was happy with him.

Hypholoma fasciculare

Non edible and no medicinal benefits. This fungi is slightly poisonous, causing stomach pains and vomiting. Used to create monster paralysis potions.

Leratiomyces atrovirens

The lovely blue hue of this fungi reminds many of candy making it unsuspecting, but it contains toxins that are highly dangerous to Kematas. This toxin has been found to cause monsters sleep which makes this mushroom especially sought after by hunters.

Rosa moschata

Meaning: Charm and gentleness, May also symbolize sweetness!

Split roses are very hard to breed as they are a result of a genetic defect causing the rose to split into two colors. Because of the difficulty to breed these flowers they are often only owned by royalty and displayed at important events. These particular roses have a very strong fragrence and delicate petals. They can be ground up to stain fur and leather.

Mening: Adoration, loyalty, longevity and happiness 

In the olden days Sunflowers were cultivated as a food source and fed many poor kematas. As the world grew so did the sunflowers popularity. When anyone saw this flower they would instantly gaining its meaning.

Meaning: anger and resentment

This beautiful flower holds dark meaning and often tied to dark magic. As it is nearly impossible to come across black colors in the flower world it holds strong magical properties. However if planted in a garden it may attract various bugs, be they pest or friend. Most kematas stray away from this flower as its rumored to bring bad luck. Used in dark magic potions, if ingested can have odd effects.

This lovely colored petunia is quiet commonly seen around shops, gardens, and parks.  Althought it generally has no true purpose for kematas it does encourage bee population to grow. Used in love potions. If ingested will have interesting effects.

Meaning: Modesty and Truth        

A simple flower that became wide spread after a great war in the olden days, the flower was ground into a paste and ingested to help sooth injuries and swelling. Nowadays it is found in shops, parks, and homes. Many say this flower was sent as a blessing from Hyozan to ensure strength to those who needed it.  These flowers can actually be used as medicine, with high antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, used to sooth swelling in Kemata injuries.
